ClaimCompass is a legal services company that helps airline passengers receive their compensation for delayed, canceled, or overbooked flights. Working on the basis of EU Regulation 261/2004 on air passenger rights ClaimCompass enforces claims combining their legal and technical expertise in order to help passengers who lack the time or know-how to fight for their compensation on their own.
Today, ClaimCompass counts lawyers, former executives of national enforcement bodies, aviation experts, machine learning and artificial intelligence engineers, marketers, customer service reps speaking 11 languages. In Q1 of 2017, ClaimCompass signed a partnership with Microsoft, building an application programming interface (API), which is integrated with Online Travel Agencies (OTA), monitoring their flights and proactively notifying their customers when they are entitled to some money. Since 2016 ClaimCompass has already helped thousands of passengers and have secured millions in compensation.
The competition is open to all Practice Enterprises in EUROPEN-PEN International worldwide network.
